In Morocco, the death of three Europeans in a car accident unravels an evil plot.

Synopsis
In fact, the Europeans were attacked by Fire Vampires summoned by the sorcerer Kasim ben Harb. He wants to free Morocco from European invaders using The Tablets of Ur-Nansha to summon Cthugha over Rabat, destroying the city and its inhabitants. Investigators must hinder Kasim's plans before he manage to collect all the Tablet's missing shards.

This scenarios is recommended for experienced Keepers. There's only undeveloped suggestions on how PCs get involved, no set method on how to thwart Kasim's plans and only a few NPCs and encounters are described. Some work would need to be undertaken by the Keeper to flesh out this details before running this scenario.
