Hyperborean Scrolls
The Hyperborean Scrolls originate in Return to Dunwich (Supplement).
Description
A set of fragile scrolls, possibly recently transcribed, photographed, or repaired, which originated in an ancient Hyperborean colony in what is now Dunwich, containing writings on a variety of unguessable mundane subjects relating to everyday life in the colony (ceremonial culture, law, religion, agriculture, record-keeping, etc.), plus a few scrolls relevant to Hyperborean science which, though untranslatable to English, may import a great deal of valuable information on lost technologies. There is also a little information on the Voormis and Sasquatch, and some sketchy speculation on abandoned Mi-Go technology by Hyperborean mad scientists, specifically regarding to Spawn of Abhoth, Abhoth, alien horticulture, chemistry, and Voormi/human crossbreeding techniques, brain surgery, and medical testing.
